I come from far away to pick up my order to arrive at the store Saturday at 11:35 am and be closed without any notice. The time is until 13:00. Lack of commitment to the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sendo um ponto de recolha DHL, que já tem um serviço lamentável, dirigi-me à loja por 2x dentro do horário obviamente e a mesma estava fechada. Ir de propósito levantar uma encomenda e bater com o nariz na porta consecutivamente não dá um aspeto muito bom da mesma. Durante a semana encerram às 19h, antes dessa hora já estava fechada. Hoje, a um sábado 11h58 e está fechada novamente. Lamentável, mas pelos vistos não sou a primeira a ter este problema
Being a DHL collection point, which already has a disgraceful service, I went to the store for 2x during the opening hours, obviously and it was closed. Going on purpose to pick up an order and knock your nose on the door consecutively doesn't make it look very good. During the week they close at 7 pm, before that time it was already closed. Today, it's a Saturday 11:58 am and it's closed again. Regrettable, but apparently I'm not the first to have this problem
