I had a filet mignon which was melt in the mouth wonderful & my husband had a rib eye which was a bit chewy in places but overall enjoyable. We then had a banoffee pie which was lovely. Staff very pleasant & lovely atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assado is a great steakhouse. The setting may not be particularly inviting though it's clean and comfortable but the food, service and friendliness of the staff is first class. My wife and our kids loved it. The steaks are cooked perfectly and really well seasoned - the best I've had in Portugal. The kids pizzas are proper Italian pizzas too - not regional variants. It's very reasonably priced too with a decent house red. Highly recommended
