★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This computer store in particular has been my favorite for many years. One of the best things is that if you want a custom made PC the assembly is free. Also for most products I ever purchased here their price seems lower than any other shops I compare too, even using online tools to compare prices. The assistance and service is very good but of course these are technical people so don't be surprised if they talk technical to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An odd IT store, in a strange location which had some surprisingly good deals sometimes. That said, never ever assume they have stock of the advertised item. The staff will simply expect one to wait for me sick to arrive, as though that's normal!

NEVER, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!!!
On December 10th last year i bought a Denver e-reader from this company. they only accept bank transfer-now i know why!! their service was good and a few days later i received the reader. indeed i even posted a good review!! In 3 days it did not work. it was permanently frozen so as agreed i returned it. for 7 weeks i have battled to get a replacement or a refund. promises, promises but no action. i am an old man and get a lot of pleasure from an e-reader especially during this awful covid pandemic. i understand that the pandemic may be affecting assismatica but it would only take 2 minutes to refund my money. so if you want the opportunity to get a great deal of stress then buy something-if you have any sense though i suggest you NEVER, NEVER become a customer
