★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por este meio esprimir a minha indignação e insatisfação com os serviços prestados por esta associação de taxis pela forma desrespeitosa como fui tratada ao telefone esta noite dia 4 de agosto de 2018 assim como a péssima eficaçia de tempo de espera. Para alem de ter sido gosada ao telefone , atendiam a chamada e metiam em espera por varias vezes durante o telefonema em seguida com arrugançia e diziam se queria taxi porque nao falava, finalmente consegui fazer o pedido para regressar à praça giraldo porque me encontrava no Evora plaza , entao estive 40 minutos á espera do taxi que passou por mim quando eu já estava a fazer este mesmo percurso a pé e já tinha caminhado quase um km . Posto este ridiculo episodio escusado será dizer que fiz o percurso a pé numa perigosa estrada às 23,40 h com um filho de 17 anos. Lamento que numa cidade tao bonita como esta e com pessoas tão prestativas e amaveis se encontrem ovelhas ranhosas como certas criaturas que fazem parte desta associação que presta serviço publico. Desejo mto sinceramente que estas aberrações de seres humanos sejam uma minoria nesta linda cidade de ÉVORA. ASSINADO: MARIA JOÃO LOPES
I hereby express my indignation and dissatisfaction with the services provided by this association of taxis for the disrespectful way in which I was treated on the phone this evening on August 4, 2018, as well as the terrible effectiveness of waiting time. In addition to being liked on the phone, they answered the call and put on hold several times during the phone call then with arrogance and said if they wanted a taxi because they didn't speak, I finally managed to make the request to return to Praça Giraldo because I was at Evora plaza, so I was 40 minutes waiting for the taxi that passed me when I was already doing this same walk and had already walked almost a km. Having said this ridiculous episode, it goes without saying that I made the journey on foot on a dangerous road at 11.40 pm with a 17 year old son. I regret that in a city as beautiful as this one, and with people as helpful and kind, you will find snotty sheep like certain creatures that are part of this association that provides public service. Bad service, the taxi did not show up, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and I ended up missing the bus. I don't recommend it, not to mention that I sent an email to complain and they didn't respond.
