associações, para que se possam resolver problemas que afetam os cidadãos.Neste caso poder ajudar os inquilinos.Na maioria,os inquilinos são pessoas idosas, com pouco conhecimento e com poucos meios para se possam defender.Muitos senhorias são piores do que leão à solta. Existe muita chantagem da parte do senhorio,mesmo sabendo que é ilegal.Hoje, chegamos aos tempos em que a palavra não tem valor.Não se olha meios para atingir os fins.É triste que tal aconteça. Enfrentando todos os dias problemas dos arrendatários, houvesse histórias mais descabidas, difícil de acreditar como o ser humano pode ser tão insensível. Também aproveito para deixar aqui o meu descontentamento perante os serviço de apoio prestado pelo Estado,ou pelos órgãos que o representam.Existe sim, associação dos inquilinos do norte,mas essa associação é particular. Qualquer cidadão poder usufruir dos serviços,terá que ser associado, onde implica fazer uma inscrição e pagar quotas.

There is a lot of blackmail on the part of the landlord, even knowing it is illegal. Today, we have come to the time when the word has no value. One does not look at ways to achieve the ends. Facing tenant problems every day, there were more misplaced stories, hard to believe how human can be so insensitive. I also take this opportunity to express my dissatisfaction here with the support services provided by the State or its representative bodies. There is a Northern Tenants Association, but this association is private. Any citizen can benefit from the services will have to be associated, which involves making an application and pay dues.
