★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa realizou uma limpeza geral num prédio contratada pela Administração do mesmo.
Durante a limpeza fizeram uma lavagem com mangueira no exterior da entrada do prédio.
Nessa lavagem encheram as campaínhas de água.
Passados 2 /3 dias as campainhas começaram a fazer mau contacto até que muitas queimaram.
Foi reportado de imediato à empresa, mas a ASTROLIMPA não quis saber nem foi ao local confirmar.
Sem dar respostas e sem querer saber do cliente, esta empresa nunca quis saber da reclamação.
This company carried out a general cleaning in a building hired by its Administration.
During the cleaning they did a hose wash outside the building entrance.
In this wash they filled the water bells.
After 2/3 days the bells started to make bad contact until many burned.
It was immediately reported to the company, but ASTROLIMPA did not want to know nor did it go to the location to confirm.
Without giving answers and without wanting to know the customer, this company never wanted to hear about the complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis extrêmement déçue de cette entreprise. Peut-être que ce n'est pas toutes les équipes... Pour ma part j'ai dû réclamer un nettoyage sérieux en surveillant. Je croyais quand payant des professionnels j'obtiendrai un travail de professionnels. Pas du tout ! Il faut tout surveiller , passer derrière et prouver que cela peut-être mieux fait en le faisant soi même. D'autre part le devis n'était pas assez détaillé. J'ai réclamé des précisions et jamais elles n'ont été mentionnées. On nous vend la Lune on obtient une lune rousse. Attention !
I am extremely disappointed with this company. Maybe it's not all the teams ... For my part, I had to ask for a serious cleaning while watching. I believed when paying professionals I would get professional work. Not at all ! You have to watch everything, go behind and prove that it can be done better by doing it yourself. On the other hand, the estimate was not detailed enough. I asked for details and they were never mentioned. We are sold the Moon we get a red moon. Warning !
