★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use this place at your peril. Felisberto talks a very nice sales job but in practice cannot deliver what he sells you. Firstly promised that everything we wanted would be 7 days delivery. 60% deposit paid. In reality over 3 weeks before completed delivery made. On 3 occasions emails sent to say he would be delivering. On each occasion multiple items missing without any prior notice from Felisberto or simply he would not turn up. On numerous occasions I had to cancel my bathroom fitter at the last minute due to Felisberto not delivering goods. And his preferred bathroom fitter must think foreigners have money to burn. Paulo Jorge wanted €1900 more than the fitter I ended up using - and he charged €20 an hour so God know Paulo Jorge's hourly rate was. Needless to say we did not use Paulo Jorge and I think the extremely poor service, lack of communication from Felisberto was related to us not using his fitter. Poor service, expensive price, lack of communication, did not specify everything we needed (expected us to fill a bath using a hand shower !). Go to Leroy Merlin and save yourself lots of problems. I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.
