★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hervorragend gepflegte Anlage. Das Condominium kümmert sich zeitnah um alle kleinen und großen Probleme. Nicht nur für die Ferienmiete ein empfehlenswerter Platz. Der große Pool ist nachts beleuchtet und wird mehrmals wöchentlich vom Poolservice gewartet und gereinigt. Dazu einen umzäunten Bolz- und Tennisplatz for free. Spielplatz für die Kinder, großer Grillplatz für Gruppen. Zugang zu der Edificio mit Code oder Funkfernbedienung. Im Sommer viel ruhiger als direkt an der Strandpromenade. 8 Gehminuten zum Strand. Lift von der TG zur Wohnungstüre und noch eine Menge anderer Annehmlichkeiten.
Excellently maintained facility. The condominium promptly takes care of all small and large problems. A recommended place not only for holiday rentals. The large pool is illuminated at night and is serviced and cleaned several times a week by the pool service. In addition, a fenced soccer field and tennis court for free. Playground for the children, large barbecue area for groups. Access to the Edificio with code or radio remote control. Much quieter in summer than directly on the beach promenade. 8 minute walk to the beach. Elevator from the TG to the apartment door and a lot of other amenities.
