★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofereceram me um aspirador e como nao era do meu agrado resolvi ir trocar/devolver, pois estava dentro do prazo para trocas.
Tal foi o meu espanto qd me disseram que nao trocavam nem devolviam o valor porque isso nao se aplica aos aspiradores e ainda por cima disseram que o aspirador tinha sido usado quando isso é mentira.
Apenas foi tirado da caixa para ver como era a fisionomia do mesmo.
Fiquei muito desiludida pois no talão do mesmo diz que pode ser trocado/devolvido no prazo de 30 dias e fui fazer o pedido ao fim de 10 dias, no dia logo após me ter sido oferecido.
Muito má politica deste hipermercado e só lhe fica mal.
Nunca mais compro lá mais nada!
 They offered me a vacuum cleaner and as it was not to my liking I decided to go exchange / return, as it was within the deadline for exchanges.
Such was my amazement when I was told that they did not exchange or refund the amount because that does not apply to vacuum cleaners and on top of that they said that the vacuum cleaner had been used when this is a lie.
It was just taken out of the box to see what it looked like.
I was very disappointed because the receipt says it can be exchanged / returned within 30 days and went to place the order after 10 days, the day after it was offered to me.
Very bad policy of this hypermarket and it only looks bad.
I'll never buy anything there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on 20/12. The order would be delivered on Christmas. They never delivered my order or came. Called them multiple times they say everytime they will call back,, sent multiple e-mails without any response.
I just lost 180 euro. This is the worst experience I ever had with ordering something.
Do not order from Auchan in Portugal!! They steal your money
