Gostei da maneira como fui atendido e decidi aceitar a visita para fazer um teste e experimentar. A técnica que me recebeu, Catarina Henriques, fez um trabalho, a meu ver, extremamente profissional e de forma muito agradável, o que me tirou logo o receio com que entrei. Depois de uns dias de reflexão decidi fazer a compra. Estou completamente satisfeito. A minha relação com a loja de Mem Martins tem sido muito boa, todas as pessoas são sempre muito prestáveis desde o atendimento à parte técnica, de modo que melhor, a meu ver, será impossível. When I decided to put on the hearing aid, I was very apprehensive about everything. By chance I got to know AudiçãoActiva and I decided to make the contact. I liked the way I was treated and decided to accept the visit to take a test and try it out. The technician who received me, Catarina Henriques, did a job, in my opinion, extremely professional and in a very pleasant way, which immediately took away the fear I started with. After a few days of reflection I decided to make the purchase. I'm completely satisfied. My relationship with the Mem Martins store has been very good, all the people are always very helpful from the service to the technical part, so that, in my opinion, it will be impossible to get better.
