A maneira como fazem publicidade do aparelho auditivo grátis; é simplesmente publicidade enganosa.
Não existe aparelho auditivo gratuito; nem experimental (como eu pensei que seria).
 The two stars are for the friendliness of the service.
The way they advertise their hearing aids for free; it is simply misleading advertising.
There is no free hearing aid; nor experimental (as I thought it would be).

No próprio dia ligaram a dizer ora afinal estarmos as 15h
Chegamos à hora pedida e posso dizer que eram 16h e ainda não tínhamos sido atendidos pois estavam com muita vontade em vender a um outro cliente que chegou ainda antes das 15h
Conclusão viemos embora sem ser atendidos pois não podíamos esperar mais, sim porque também temos vida
Portanto desiludido com esta organização
We were contacted for routine acoustic review at 4pm
On the same day they called to say well after all we are at 15h
We arrived at the requested time and I can say that it was 4pm and we still had not been served because they were eager to sell to another customer who arrived before 3pm
Conclusion we left without being attended because we couldn't wait any longer, but because we also have life
So disappointed with this organization
