★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great tour of the winery here. We had the chance to taste 3 different Porto vines which I consider of high quality. I would definitely recommend the experience as the place is small and the tour is restricted, so that you can fully appreciate the history and the effort behind the production.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super interesting and super delicious. We did the short tour with tasting and learned how portwine is made. Especially Alcina did a great job - she was very smart, charming and super funny. I totally recommend the tasting tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the 10 euros tours (5 euros for the tasting and a credit of 5 euros to purchase excellent portos). Augusto's is a must see and it is still a small and family own business. They choose quality over quantity they definitely worth a visit. We liked the tour and tasted delicious Portos. They only sad thing is that they don't ship to Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're gonna choose a port tour in Porto, I suggest you pick Augusto's. It's actually one of the few companies NOT taken over by big multinationals and their product is true quality. P.S. you don't have to be "port head" to enjoy this, I know I wasn't.

You get exactly the info you need in 30min, nothing too complicated or deep into the sphere - a perfect foundation to show off in front of your family or friends. The tour guide was super friendly and spoke English perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of few winery still 100% in Portuguese hands. If you don’t know anything about the port -like myself - this is the perfect trip for you. In 45 minutes you get the basic information about the kinds and process of making port. You leave with the useful knowledge about the drink and you taste three kinds of them. Also the tour guide was very friendly and speaking perfect English.
