★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as reparações que fez tive retorno ( serviço incompleto) está pessoa normalmente é mal .humorada, indelicado. E fica com raiva quando o cliente retorna com o mesmo problema no carro. Passando a tratar o CLIENTE com grosserias. Perdeu mais um cliente.
All repairs that were made had a return (incomplete service) this person is usually grumpy, impolite. And he gets angry when the customer returns with the same car problem. Starting to treat the CUSTOMER with rudeness. Lost another customer.
