Quer enrolar o cliente dizendo que "isso so se troca completo" quando se sabe que se trocar apenas a peca defeituosa - e ai cobra pelo menos o dobro do orçamento de uma oficina seria. É da turma do "deixe ficar..." pra depois empurrar e inventar um monte de coisa pra aumentar o preco, e ainda reter a viatura ate o pagamento da extorsão.

It's from the "let it be ..." group and then push and make up a lot of things to raise the price, and still withhold the car until the extortion payment.
