Oficina cara com péssimo serviço De Novembro de 2020 até ao início de Março de 2021 o meu carro ficou um total de 3 meses nesta oficina. Primeiro foi a substituição da junta da cabeça do motor e do cano de escape. Demorou 1 mês. Quando fui buscar reparei que o meu carro estava dentro da oficina, estava ligado e que saía fumo branco do escape. Quando me entregaram o carro já não deitava algum fumo branco. Passaram-me a factura e paguei. Nos dias seguintes eu reparei que quando o carro estava frio, e quando o ligava, nos primeiros 5 minutos, deitava uma quantidade excessiva de fumo branco. Entregaram-me o meu caro com um problema Eu filmei com meu telemóvel, fui à oficina e mostrei. Disseram-me que era normal e que tal devia-se a resíduos de produtos que os mecânicos usaram aquando da reparação, e que tal ia desaparecer com o tempo. Numa semana o nível de óleo baixou de cheio para mínimo. O problema do fumo branco continuou e agravou-se. Voltei e deixei o meu carro nesta oficina no início de Janeiro (demorou mais 2 meses). Escrevi à Autojoteca a fazer uma reclamação por escrito. Disseram-me que era um problema dos segmentos de óleo e que era impossível para eles terem detectado o problema dos segmentos de óleo aquando da substituição da junta da cabeça do motor. Justificaram-se pela demora devido aos problemas causados pela pandemia. Vim a saber por um amigo meu, que há uns 11 anos aconteceu-lhe algo semelhante nesta oficina: o carro dele ficou lá 50 dias. Entregaram-me o carro em 01 Março de 2021. Passaram-me a factura e paguei. Antes de ir a esta oficina eu já sabia que era cara. O carro acabou por ficar bom, mas o facto do meu carro ter ficado um total de 3 meses nesta oficina?!.......
Expensive workshop with terrible service From November 2020 until the beginning of March 2021 my car spent a total of 3 months in this workshop. First was the replacement of the cylinder head gasket and the exhaust pipe. It took 1 month. When I went to get it I noticed that my car was inside the workshop, it was on and that white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. When the car was handed over to me, there was no longer any white smoke. The bill was passed to me and I paid. Over the next few days I noticed that when the car was cold, and when I started it, in the first 5 minutes, it threw out an excessive amount of white smoke. They gave me my car with a problem I filmed it with my cell phone, went to the workshop and showed it. They told me that it was normal and that this was due to residues from the products that the mechanics used when repairing, and that this would disappear over time. Within a week the oil level dropped from full to minimum. The white smoke problem continued and worsened. I came back and left my car at this garage in early January (it took another 2 months). I wrote to Autojoteca to make a written complaint. They told me it was an oil segment problem and it was impossible for them to have detected the oil segment problem when replacing the cylinder head gasket. They were justified by the delay due to the problems caused by the pandemic. I learned from a friend of mine that about 11 years ago something similar happened to him in this garage: his car was there for 50 days. The car was delivered to me on March 1, 2021. The bill was passed and I paid. Before going to this workshop I already knew it was expensive. The car turned out to be fine, but the fact that my car spent a total of 3 months in this garage?!.......

not reliable, dishonest, bad customer service, too expensive Got my car towed there on a Monday morning with the promise to check it on Tuesday. Check was finaly on a Wednesday and car was fixed in the evening - but to late for pick up before closing. Due to public holidays on Thursday I was one week without the car. Problem was very minor - one defective fuse and change of the antenna adapter of the radio. The bill made me suspicious: 1,5 h of work + about the same amount in EUR for diagnostics + spare parts (fuse and adapter). But who knows - So I asked for an explanation for the 1,5 h and the intensive diagnostics - what was done in detail? Why took it so long? I got no explanation at all but had to deal with an extremly offensive and impolite person.

I brought my lease car here for its annual service The reception staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, when I went to collect my car it had been cleaned inside and out. Excellent service. Obviously I don't know how much the service cost, but if the lease company are sending their customers there it's obviously competitive to other garages..

I had a not so pleasant experience here. My car went in for repairs and after checking what was wrong I received a quote that stated 2230 Euro. I agreed to that and waited for the call to be pick my car. When they called me they told me that they found more to be wrong and another part was need, which I again agreed to. Then they told me that they made a mistake and they didn't add all the hours needed to fix the car. In the quote I saw a lot of hours added so I said that their mistake is u unacceptable. When I picked up my car the bill came to the original amount plus the extra part. Of cause as expected there was a fault with the car and I needed to return. I then was told that what is now wrong was not checked before and I needed to leave my car there again. Which I didn't, in the mean time I filed a complain and will now take my car to another place. It is sad to see how people play power games.
