★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away!!! I returned the car and they said it was all good and would return my deposit. Upon leaving- they called me hour later saying there was damage to the car and I owed 376$. This damage was already recorded on the receipt and was there before me. Do NOT rent a car here. As many other reviewers said, there are a lot of hidden fees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly very very unfriendly staff. Be careful regarding damages on pick up. We found some undocumented ones and when reading the other reviews it seems like a scam-method. And make sure to clean the car before returning it - they will try to invoice you with an extra cleaning fee, wether the car's inside is dirty or not. Very unfriendly male(!) staff and the car wasn't in good shape. Can NOT recommend.

They also very promptly got one of my possessions back to me after I left it behind in the vehicle. Friendly local business with a good atmosphere and relaxed competent staff. Would happily use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The renting process was smooth in the beginning but then when returning the car it all turned into a very unpleasant experience.
The car had some prior damages which we thought the employee took notes off, however when returning it, they pretended one of the damages was done by us during the drive. Luckily the insurance we paid saved us! The male staff was rude and with a superior attitude. Please make sure to take photos of the car you rent and if possible pay the extra insurance to avoid being potentially scammed.
