Auto Rent - Praia da Rocha

Péssimo e desonestos. Valor muito barato na diária, mas depois cobram caro nos riscos. O funcionário entregou o carro rapidamente, não conferiu se havia riscos e só disse que o carro era novo, também não conferiu se havia estepe. Mas na devolução outro funcionário foi detalhista, abaixou e viu um pequeno risco no pára-choque do carro e nós fomos obrigados a pagar 130- euros por um pequeno risco que nem temos certeza que fomos nós que fizemos, mesmo fazendo um seguro total do carro. Sempre alugamos carros com algum risco, e as locadoras de automóveis cobram por quaisquer riscos depois e nunca concertam estes riscos, porque não é uma batida. Isto é totalmente desproporcional, desonesto e injusto! In the attendance the employee did not look closely the car, only informed that the car was new. Larger damage such as a dent or a broken part is a different matter, but small scratches are something irrelevant, since they do not need immediate repair and are never repaired by the car rental companies and do not cause further damage. Therefore charging more than 130 euros for a risk is totally unfair, dishonest and disproportionate.

Wir haben hier noch nie ein Auto gemietet, da wir bisher, wenn wir an der Algarve waren, immer ein Fahrzeug dieses Vermieters, in der Nähe des Flughafens, gebucht und übernommen haben. Wir gehen davon aus, dass es hier ebenso seriös zugeht, wie bei AutoRent dort. Aus diesem Grund geben wir dieser "Filiale" auch 5 Punkte. Festzustellen ist allerdings, dass, wenn wir hier ein Auto mieten, es um einiges den Preis der Zentrale am Flughafen übertrifft.

Excellent service pick up and drop off to the airport. We had a windscreen problem and the following day they asked us to bring the car to the nearest location to exchange vehicules which was in praia da rocha. We exchanged severals time using whatsapp to get papers for my insurance. They always replied even few weeks after we left. We rented 3 cars and they were almost brand new, 2k km and max 6k km, very clean. A pleasure! Rent with them! Thanks again !!!

Great service! Definitely a recommendation. After experiencing horrible service at RecordGo Lissabon (never hire a car here!!), we were a bit reluctant for a new car rental. But, Auto Rent Praia da Rocha made everything so fast and easy, they really surprised us. Super friendly service, good price, good car, no things with terms and conditions blabla. I would recommend this place to everybody in Portimao area. Great work!
