★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der vereinbarte Termin wurde trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung nicht eingehalten. Auch nach mehrstündigem Warten erschien Pedro nicht. 100 km umsonst gefahren. Unzuverlässig. Nicht empfehlenswert.
 The agreed date was not met despite written confirmation. Even after waiting several hours, Pedro did not appear. 100 km driven for free. Unreliable. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Werkstatt! Wir waren wegen eines klappernden Geräuschs bei der Werkstatt. Pedro nahm sich super viel Zeit und konnte das Geräusch tatsächlich identifizieren und auch beheben, sodass wir sicher nach Hause fahren konnten! Vielen vielen Dank! :)
Best workshop! We were at the shop because of a rattling noise. Pedro took a lot of time and was able to actually identify and fix the noise so we could drive home safely! Thanks alot! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this Paint & Repair Shop after recommendations from several of our friends who had work done there. We were very pleased with the whole experience. They allowed us to stay in motor home while they worked on it. My biggest concern was paint match as my vehicle is 20 years old. I needn’t have worried the match was excellent. Pedro speaks very good English and went out of his way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heads up if you need paint or bodywork done on your car or motorhome. I can't recommend Auto Reparacao Carlos Rita highly enough. They fixed the delamination issue on the roof of our motorhome and the quality of the work is superb. It now looks better than new. We were worried that the paint matching on a 13 year old motorhome, which is champagne in colour, would be a problem but they matched it perfectly. They also let us stay in our Motorhome whilst the work was carried out, hooked us up to electricity and made sure we had water.
Pedro is friendly, speaks perfect English and really takes pride in his work. If you are not happy, then he is not happy. All in all, top quality work at a good price and communication/service is excellent. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them with your pride and joy.
