Trocamos na renault a Poli do alternador onde a correia que era nova foi mantida e validada por eles por estar em excelentes condições. Após, ao ligar carro percebemos um barulho, chiado que vinha da correia e quando passamos lá antes de fazer uma viagem com o carro, mal olharam e disseram que era normal e iria passar. Enfim, viajamos cerca de 500km com um chiado enorme e em seguida voltamos a Renault. Mostramos que parte da correia estava moida em função de não ter sido bem colocada e por isso chiava. Dai começou o show da falta de respeito, onde disseram que estavamos mentindo, que não era possível, o mecânico chefe nos distratava e ria de nossa cara dizendo que não sabiamos de nada e que aquilo era impossível e que a parte moida que trouxemos da correia não era dali. Foi uma discussão horrivel, onde ele desrespeitou minha esposa. Fomos falar acredito que com o outro dono que da mesma maneira continuava a nos maltratar como se fossemos mentirosos e que o serviço deles estava bem feito e que o carro era velho e que a correia era o problema nosso. Enfim, no meio de uma discussão absurda eles trocaram a correia que foi moida por um erro deles que eles não assumiram e até o último momento brigavam conosco e não assumiram o erro que poderia ter causado um acidente grave na estrada, mas no final trocaram a correia sem custo. Foram as 2 horas de maior stress na minha vida lidando com pessoas que tentaram nos enganar, nos maltratram, nos desrespeitaram e que resolveram o problema apenas depois que eu gritei muito com eles e lhes disse que iria chamar a Policia para resolver o assunto. (Veja a foto e o vídeo como prova da correia antes de irmos a oficina com a correia moida onde o senhor nos chamou de mentirosos e que a parte moida não era dela)
The worst service of our lives and an absurd lack of respect. We exchanged the alternator Poli in the renault where the belt, which was new, was maintained and validated by them for being in excellent condition. After, when starting the car we noticed a noise, wheezing that came from the belt and when we passed there before taking a trip with the car, they barely looked and said it was normal and would pass. Anyway, we traveled about 500km with a huge hiss and then returned to Renault. We show that part of the belt was ground because it was not well placed and therefore squeaked. Then the show of lack of respect started, where they said we were lying, that it was not possible, the chief mechanic distracted us and laughed in our faces saying that we didn't know anything and that it was impossible and that the ground part we brought from the belt it wasn't from there. It was a horrible argument where he disrespected my wife. We went to talk I believe with the other owner who in the same way continued to mistreat us as if we were liars and that their job was well done and that the car was old and that the belt was our problem. Anyway, in the middle of an absurd discussion they changed the belt that was ground for a mistake they didn't accept and until the last moment they fought with us and didn't accept the mistake that could have caused a serious accident on the road, but in the end they changed the belt free of charge. It was the most stressful 2 hours in my life dealing with people who tried to deceive us, mistreat us, disrespected us and who solved the problem only after I yelled a lot at them and told them I would call the Police to resolve the matter.
