★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de prestarem o serviço assistência em viagem informei que não podiam ligar a viatura e o operador do veiculo pronto-socorro deu a chave e acabou por danificar o resto do motor do carro. E foi teimoso tentando ligar 5 vezes para a Oficina a pedir para deixar a viatura mesmo depois do mecânico dizer que não tinha espaço. Esqueceu-se de prender a viatura depois de carregada em cima do pronto socorro e meteu em marcha o pronto-socorro podendo o veículo avariado cair para e causar danos. Não sabia sequer o que era o mecanismo de reboque da minha viatura e assinalou na folha de serviço que não tinha e o mesmo estava lá instalado. Péssimo mesmo.
