 Competent, professional and honest mechanics. While others wanted to exchange a 600 € piece to "fix" my car, the Autotest staff found the real problem and the work was 60 €! Congratulations to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meados de dezembro, solicitei junto dos mesmos uma revisao geral ao meu carro. Responderam que nao tinham disponibilidade até fim do mês, para voltar em janeiro. Questionei se não seria melhor marcar uma data mais concreta. Resposta, "não tem necessidade, passe por cá!" assim o fiz! Voltei no dia 12 de janeiro. Para meu espanto, continuavam sem disponibilidade para intervir no meu carro, só com marcação????. Nao obstante, nem me apresentaram qualquer data para marcação deixando-me ir embora. Não percebi! Deduzo que o Sr. Que me atendeu das duas vezes, provavelmente tem a barriga tão cheia, que não se preocupa minimamente em servir o cliente, optando por fazer as pessoas de parvas e perderem o seu tempo.
In mid-December, I asked my car for a general overhaul. They replied that they had no availability until the end of the month, to return in January. I asked if it would be better to set a more specific date. Response, "there is no need, stop by!" so I did! I returned on January 12th. To my amazement, they still did not have the availability to intervene in my car, only by appointment ????. Nevertheless, even they showed me any date marking letting me go. I did not notice! I deduce that Mr. Who attended me both times, probably has a belly so full that he does not care in the least to serve the client, choosing to make people foolish and waste their time.
