Nice station, but unfortunately no left luggage lockers, which was a pain for me. Because, when pressed for time, one can easily spend couple of hours here enroute from Porto to Lisbon and still experience the city, without staying overnight. When travelling from Porto to Lisbon, one can catch the suburban train from Porto to Aveiro which is quite cheap, walk around the city and back, and finally take the high speed train to Lisbon. Take a short walk around the city centre, stroll around the canals until the Praça da República, look at the boats around and walk back to station in couple of hours.

Good connecting station for traveling to Lisbon or Porto. Plenty off street parking spaces with walking distance to station. Alfa train stops here for fast train service.

This station is really pretty and well kept even when the area is not so pretty.

Easy access to the platforms, easy to buy tickets in ATM or kiosks.

Nice small station, at city centre and close to downtown area. The station is well equipped with schedule displays, ticket machines, and help desk. It has paid washroom and several surveyor and coffee shops.

Ricardo Santos, the train operator, stole my money by selling me 1 extra ticket (3 tickets instead of 2) and refusing to grant me a student price for my daughter. Reading the comments below, it seems that it's not the first time. Be careful

2,5 stars, I did not like the place - it felt big but empty, I couldn't find a WC, and when you have to travel for some time + to walk to the city center for 15 minutes in the heat, it wasn't very pleasant. Otherwise it had screens so you can check your trains and it had beautiful old building with mosaic + 2-3 little shops (souvenirs and sweets?), but not a coffee shop to sit and relax (if I am not wrong, didn't see such, which also means meh).

The station is quite far from the city center. I walked from University of Aveiro to the station around 45 minutes. I did not see much sign to go to the station. I opened google maps to make sure that I am in a correct direction. The station is quite big and clean. You can find information from the worker. The schedule is easy to find for your trip. They provide hand sanitizer for the customers. Do not for get to wear your mask before entering the place.
