I really enjoyed doing the test. I had already done more tests of covid 19 but never performed so well, so I don't know why they are giving such a bad rating.

Quando cheguei tinha 2 pessoas à minha frente, pelo que me dirigi à receção e questionei se aguardava na fila ou se me chamava mediante a marcação. A enfermeira mandou-me esperar e eu assim fiz. Esperei, esperei... Chegou uma sra idosa que tinha prioridade, naturalmente passou à frente, tudo ok. No entanto, a acompanhar a sra idosa estava a nora, o filho e o neto. A nora e o filho (que entraram com a sra) trataram de coisas para eles (tendo chegado bem depois de mim, atenção). As duas pessoas que estavam à minha frente foram atendidas e eu, achando que essas pessoas talvez tivessem marcação para antes de mim, continuei a aguardar pacientemente... Quando a nora da sra idosa manda entrar o filho (neto da sra, portanto), dizendo que a enfermeira tinha mandado entrar. Aí tive de intervir questionando o porquê e explicando que há mais de 1h que ali estava à espera, mesmo tendo marcação. O rapaz não teve alternativa senão aguardar e quando a enfermeira me viu pediu-me desculpa pelo tempo de espera... Conclusão: ter marcação ou não ter, vai dar ao mesmo! Uma desorganização do pior! Péssima gestão e poucos recursos humanos numa fase como esta da pandemia! Enfim. Laboratório a não ir numa próxima vez. Não recomendo. Last Saturday I had an appointment at 8:30 am to perform the covid test + blood tests. When I arrived I had 2 people in front of me, so I went to the reception and asked if I was waiting in line or if I was called by appointment. The nurse told me to wait and I did so. Waited, waited... An elderly lady who had priority arrived, naturally passed ahead, everything ok. However, accompanying the elderly lady were her daughter-in-law, son and grandson. The daughter-in-law and the son (who came in with you) took care of things for them (having arrived well after me, attention). The two people in front of me were attended to and I, thinking that these people might have an appointment ahead of me, continued to wait patiently... When the elderly woman's daughter-in-law orders her son (grandson, therefore), saying that the nurse had sent in. Then I had to intervene, questioning why and explaining that I had been waiting there for more than 1 hour, even though I had an appointment. The boy had no choice but to wait and when the nurse saw me he apologized for the waiting time... Conclusion: having an appointment or not having it will be the same! A disorganization of the worst! Bad management and few human resources in a phase like this one of the pandemic! Anyway. Laboratory not to go next time. I do not recommend.
