Peço orçamento para mudança de oleo e mudam me o óleo e deixam me o oleo no valor abaixo do minimo deparei porque o carro me acendeu a luz por falta de óĺeo isso logo no dia a seguir.
Liguei para a oficina falei com a Sra. Alexandra diseram me que se queria acrescentar o resto do óleo teria que pagar e eu não concordei .
Resposta da Sra Alexandra se não queres pagar compra o óleo e acrescenta o tu! Linda forma de tratar cliente a mais de dois anos.
Venho por meio informar cuidado com esta oficina que nada sao competentes e falta de seriadade a cerca de 8 meses tinha feito o mesmo serviço no mesmo carro que me custou 80€ e nao ultima 6 feira custou 111€.
Tenho marcação com Bmw para analizar se tive algum dano no motor do carro pelo facto de carro andar com oleo abaixo do minimo que paguei caro pelo serviço mal executado, assim sendo se tiver algum dano vou instaurar um proçesso a empresa aver auto em aver o mar na Povoa de Varzim.
Falta de profissionalismo e respeito para quem se diz ter empresa a mais de 30 Anos.

I ask for an oil change quote and they change the oil and leave me the oil below the minimum amount I came across because the car turned on the light for lack of oil, the next day.
I called the workshop and talked to Mrs. Alexandra, they told me that if I wanted to add the rest of the oil I would have to pay and I didn't agree.
Response from Mrs. Alexandra if you don't want to pay, buy the oil and add you! Beautiful way to treat clients for more than two years.
I come by way of informing care with this workshop that nothing is competent and lack of seriousness about 8 months ago I had done the same service in the same car that cost me 80 € and not last Friday it cost 111 €.
I have an appointment with Bmw to analyze if I had any damage to the car's engine due to the fact that the car is running with oil below the minimum I paid for the poorly executed service, so if there is any damage, I will institute a process for the company to check the sea in Povoa de Varzim.
Lack of professionalism and respect for those who claim to have a company for more than 30 years.
