Very friendly service, price ok, vehicle great. Recommended (but best before on the Internet in the car rental comparison portals for the best AVIS price and look at the local demand!)

Mas que faz bem, isso sei, porque sempre que precisei de uma viatura de aluguer pude contar com a maior disponibilidade, viaturas impecáveis, simpatia de atendimento e preço a condizer. 5 estrelas!
What is it that Avis, a multinational company, does in Santa Marta do Pinhal, in Corroios, I do not know. But that does well, I know, because whenever I needed a rental car I could count on the greater availability, impeccable vehicles, friendliness of service and price to match. 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que o atendimento ao balcão seja de 5 estrelas, não ponho em questão, mas não pelo telefone porque nos dias 13 e 14 fiz várias tentativas dentro do horário e não houve qualquer atendimento, será que o atendimento é só ao balcão.
O seu a seu dono, após o comentário, voltei a ligar e fui atendido e muito bem, a razão do não atendimento é devido ao facto de o telefone estar ocupado e não dar sinal de impedido o que leva a crer não atenderem. Seria tão simples com um atendedor de chamadas .
That the service to the counter is 5 stars, I do not question, but not by phone because on days 13 and 14 I made several attempts within the time and there was no service, it is that the service is only over the counter.
Its to your owner, after the comment, I called again and I was answered and very well, the reason for not attending is due to the fact that the phone is busy and does not give a sign of impediment which leads to believe not answer. It would be so simple with an answering machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho muita coisa boa a dizer. Desde a falaste de simpatia ao cheiro horrível que o carro que me deram tinha, não me ocorre nada de bom. Provavelmente a pior rent a car que já utilizei.
I don't have much good to say. Since you spoke of sympathy to the horrible smell that the car they gave me had, nothing good occurs to me. Probably the worst car rental I have ever used.
