★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente, a experiência não foi boa, contactamos a empresa no dia 11 Maio 2018, aguardamos desde esse dia que nos seja enviada a encomenda, até ao dia de hoje e após vários contactos e promessas de envio, (até chegaram a informar os nossos serviços que já tinha sido enviado) o que é certo que não chegou nada, não atendem mais o telemóvel do numero identificado, ficamos na expectativa dia após dia e acreditando que realmente tinha sido enviado a encomenda.
Certamente tivemos azar no tratamento, acreditando que não será politica da empresa esta forma de agir, desejamos melhor sorte a potenciais clientes.
Unfortunately, the experience was not good, we contacted the company on 11 May 2018, we wait from that day for the order to be sent to us, until today and after several contacts and shipping promises, (they even informed our services which had already been sent) which is certain that nothing arrived, they no longer answer the phone number identified, we were expecting it day after day and believing that the order had actually been sent.
Certainly we were unlucky in the treatment, believing that it will not be the company's policy to do this, we wish better luck to potential customers.
