Prometeram que viriam a minha casa fazer um serviço por 3 vezes a hora marcada e nem em uma delas vieram, sem darem qualquer tipo de justificação. Ligando para lá apra confrontar com a situação, era sempre uma surpresa, que não estavam a espera que isso fosse acontecer. Ridículo. Não recomendo e muita falta de profissionalismo para com o cliente.
Poor service. No attention to the customer. They promised that they would come to my house to do a service 3 times at the appointed time and not even one of them came, without giving any kind of justification. Calling there to confront the situation, it was always a surprise that they weren't expecting this to happen. Ridiculous. I don't recommend it and there is a lot of lack of professionalism with the client.
