Mesmo à distância o professor consegue colocar-me à vontade e adaptar os exercícios à minha condição física (escoliose), fazendo com que tire o máximo proveito da aula. Também gosto do facto de não precisar de equipamentos próprios para praticar Pilates, apenas um tapete.
Recomendo muito.
I have been doing Pilates classes online with B-Zen and I loved it! Even at a distance, the teacher is able to put me at ease and adapt the exercises to my physical condition (scoliosis), making me get the most out of the class. I also like the fact that you don't need your own equipment to practice Pilates, just a mat.
I highly recommend it.
