Foi a nossa primeira visita a uma loja de artigos de bebé e acabamos por comprar já o carrinho para a nossa princesa. Vamos voltar sem dúvida, já fizemos outra listinha de compras :) Recomendo a 100%.
 Loved our first visit! We were super well received and respected our visit without feeling pressured. Very professional and attentive to customer needs. It was our first visit to a baby store and we ended up buying the stroller for our princess already. We will definitely return, we have already made another shopping list :) 100% recommend.

Fomos à procura de um carrinho de bebé. A senhora que nos atendeu, falou-nos e mostrou-nos vários carrinhos de várias marcas, sem tentar influenciar-nos de alguma maneira.
Sempre bastante simpática e disponível.

This Saturday we went to BabyGold and we were VERY well attended. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the lady who attended us.
We went looking for a baby stroller. The lady who attended us, spoke to us and showed us several carts of various brands, without trying to influence us in any way.
Always very friendly and available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após ter tido uma experiência catastrófica num outro ponto de venda de artigos da Trama, também no distrito de Leiria, decidi entrar em contacto via e-mail com a Baby Gold. No mesmo dia enviaram-me fotografias e opções disponíveis bem como os respectivos valores. Num dia só consegui ficar com a questão resolvida e sem ter que ir à loja em Leiria (pois tenho muita falta de disponibilidade de horário)
Passado 2 dias recebi luz verde para fazer o levantamento da encomenda, a qual acabei por só conseguir fazer passado uma semana...
No dia do levantamento fui super bem recebida e encaminhada.
Vou voltar para comprar a banheira que ainda tenho em falta.
Mamãs e Papás do distrito de Leiria desejo que tenham a mesma experiência do que eu na Baby Gold!

After having had a catastrophic experience in another point of sale of articles in Trama, also in the district of Leiria, I decided to contact via email with Baby Gold. On the same day they sent me pictures and available options and their values. One day I was able to stay with the issue resolved and without having to go to the store in Leiria (because I have a lot of time availability)
After 2 days I received the green light to do the lifting of the order, which I ended up only being able to do after a week ...
On the day of the survey I was very well received and forwarded.
I'm going back to buy the tub that I still have at fault.
Moms and Dads from the Leiria district wish they had the same experience as me at Baby Gold!

Tive uma pequena questão com o cupom de desconto no site e no mesmo dia me ligaram para resolver. O carrinho e o ovo vieram muito bem embalados, além de serem lindos. Adorei a experiência online, espero poder visitar a loja quando possível!
I made a purchase on the Babygold website on Wednesday night (07/10) and on Friday at 14h it was already delivered. I had a little question with the discount coupon on the website and the same day they called me to resolve it. The cart and the egg came very well packaged, besides being beautiful. I loved the online experience, I hope to be able to visit the store when possible!

No momento da adesão online ofereceram um cupão de desconto de 10% na primeira compra no site. Testei o cupão e estava a funcionar. Tentei efetuar a mesma compra 6 dias depois e já não foi possível utilizar o cupão por 'alterações nas condições do cupão'. Além da desorganização, fui enganada enquanto cliente!
The selection of products is good, but the prices are higher than elsewhere.
When joining online they offered a 10% discount coupon on the first purchase on the website. I tested the coupon and it was working. I tried to make the same purchase 6 days later and it was no longer possible to use the coupon due to 'changes in the coupon conditions'. In addition to the disorganization, I was deceived as a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja com a minha filha de 4 meses e o marido a saber o que queria, era só mostrarem e comprar. Fiquei lá 30 minutos e não fui atendida, após pedir 3 vezes. As funcionárias todas diziam que estavam ocupadas. Fui a batalha a reimini, comprei o que queria e ainda levei brinde.
Não volto mais a esta loja.
I went to the store with my 4 month old daughter and her husband to find out what I wanted, just show and buy. I stayed there for 30 minutes and was not answered, after asking 3 times. The employees all said they were busy. I went to battle in Reimini, bought what I wanted and even got a gift.
I will not return to this store again.
