Tenho uma cadelinha que vai começar as primeiras vacinas estamos a procura do melhor sitio liguei perguntei a senhora quanto ficaria as vacinas (ela tem 2 mesitos e meio)
A senhora perguntou-me se ja estava desparasitada eu disse que nao e a resposta foi "Pois mas devia"
Extremamente arrogante. a cadelinha nao sai de casa e vai agora começar o seu precurso. Nao gostei do atendimento.
The phone service was terrible
I have a dog who is going to start the first vaccines we are looking for the best place I called I asked the lady how much would be the vaccines (she has 2 and a half mesitos)
The lady asked me if I was already dewormed I said no and the answer was "Well, I should"
Extremely arrogant. the little dog does not leave the house and will now start her tour. I didn't like the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo a todos os amigos e conhecidos, pois são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, demonstrando uma enorme preocupação/responsabilidade em ajudar e solucionar os problemas/doenças que surgiram no meu cão e na minha gata.
Estou muito grata ao dr. Paulo e á sua auxiliar/assistente Cátia pois são uns seres humanos com um grande coração e sempre disponíveis quer presencial ou por telefone, em que por vezes não lhes é possível atender devido a afluência de trabalho, mas assim que lhes for oportuno a Cátia muito simpática liga de volta.

I recommend it to all friends and acquaintances, as they are very attentive and friendly, demonstrating a huge concern/responsibility to help and solve the problems/diseases that arose in my dog and my cat.
I am very grateful to dr. Paulo and his assistant/assistant Cátia because they are human beings with a big heart and always available either in person or by phone, in which sometimes they are not able to meet due to the influx of work, but as soon as they are opportune, Cátia very friendly call back.
