Muita incompetência e arrogância no atendimento ou esclarecimentos. Falhas recorrentes, na entrega/envio de documentação (actas, recibos, mapas de valores a cobrar, etc.), mesmo após telefonemas ou envios de e-mails. Os problemas são sempre informáticos. Desconhecimento das estruturas dos edifícios, que administram, daí não fazerem planeamento das intervenções prioritárias. Só aparecem para as Assembleias Gerais e em horários impróprios (19 horas, horário do encerramento de muitas empresas). Empresa não é minimamente recomendável, para a prestação destes serviços.
A lot of incompetence and arrogance in service or clarification. Recurring failures in the delivery/sending of documentation (minutes, receipts, maps of amounts to be collected, etc.), even after phone calls or e-mails. Problems are always IT. Lack of knowledge of the structures of the buildings, which they manage, hence they do not plan priority interventions. They only appear for General Meetings and at inappropriate times (7 pm, closing time of many companies). Company is not recommended at all, for the provision of these services.

Decembre 2019: I asked them to have a damaged roof plastic window replaced in common parts of the building. January 2021: after several unanswered requests, the plastic window is still there and the walls under get badly damaged with water infiltration, rain comes in the building. Asking them to take urgent action, they say it’s in progress and that I’m just there to put pressure on them and create problems. In a few months I expect to receive a bill for the window + the walls. Wall repair would have been 0 if they acted in 2019. Building owners pay the price of their inaction and see their building value decrease. This is not what we expect from a building manager. Stand aside!
