S	Silvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Sicuramente la posizione è ottima per chi vuole rimanere nel centro del Bairro Alto! Non adatto per chi, invece preferisce la tranquillità. Questo quartiere si trova nel centro della “vita notturna” quindi se si sceglie questa struttura bisogna tenere presente che è situata in una via con molti localini notturni!. Negazione: Per quattro persone la casa è un po’ piccola, c’è una sola camera da letto e un divano letto..nessun problema, ma il divano era un po’ macchiato e non comodissimo da convertire in letto. Per il resto la casa è carina, ristrutturata. Unica pecca il bagno con la vasca-doccia un po’ datata e con la tendina. Non c’è l’ascensore!.

Négatif: L'emplacement est bien car le quartier est vivant, mais presque trop vivant, trop de restaurants en bas de l'immeuble (ouverts super tard même avec le Covid) et ensuite l'appartement en dessous a un terrasse et les gens sont restés sur la terrasse jusqu'à plus de 3 heures du matin à discuter très très fort. Donc résultat nuit très courte et très pénible. En conclusion plus jamais le Bairro Alto. Par contre les personnes de la location sont formidables, merci à eux..
Y	Yaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positif: Dans l’ensemble un rapport qualité prix correcte. Appartement vieillot mais propre, grand et plutôt bien équipé. Les enfants ont apprécié Netflix, une bonne surprise!. Négatif: Contrairement aux photos, l’appartement est en réalité assez vieux, les 2 grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur rue ne ferment pas bien, il n’y a aucune insonorisation. Il faut savoir qu’il y a 3 bars juste en bas qui font un Max de bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin. Cet appartement peut convenir aux jeunes fêtards avec un petit budget logement. Il est situé dans un quartier très animé, à quelques mètres d’une longue rue de bars et restaurants, c’est pratique pour manger et boire!.

R	Ricardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Bairro Alto is quite central, a walking distance from most of Lisbon attractions. During the day we visited most of Lisbon just walking. This appartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Its right in the very heart of Bairro Alto so you must expect a lot of buzz at night. But only until 1 or 2 am, when all the bars and restaurants have to close down. Bairro Alto is all about people from all over the world gathering and having fun. Its vibrant, hot and sexy!!! If you are in this vibe, your stay in this flat will probably be an unforgettable experience!.. as it was for us!.

Negative: The apartment is very basic. It does have everything you need, but just that. The street outside is very loud. The couch is really uncomfortable. The hot water tends to suddenly turn off and freeze you. There's a bath, but the actual tap for the bath is just a shower, so you can't use it really..
