A minha experiência no banco santander em Campo de Ourique, infelizmente, é muito má
Atendimento pouco profissional, estou há dois meses há espera de uma resposta de emails enviados por mim, até à data de hoje 20 de Abril, ainda não recebi qualquer resposta
Para além disso há dois dias que tento falar, enviar SMS, para o meu suposto "gestor de conta" e até ao momento não recebi qualquer contacto
Não sei como é que se resolve esta situação, que considero lamentável, e muito pouco profissional
Infelizmente, devido à minha idade não é fácil mudar de banco, pois seria o que fazia já
Irei tentar junto de outras entidades saber o que posso fazer

After TWO WEEKS the account is not active yet.
