Just try to open a simple account there, nothing special just deposits and draws. After TWO WEEKS the account is not active yet. This was for a Portuguese citizen living in the neighborhood. WHAT CAN I SAY....

Slow and unpleasant. Tellers have given up a long time ago. Even the most basic, everyday, mundane service takes for ever. To be avoided at all cost.
