★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, muito tempo de espera, estão 4 pessoas em balcões apenas uma pessoa a atender, cheguei ao banco estava uma pessoa á minha frente apenas e mesmo assim deixaram me á epera por mais de 1h! Inadmissível! Supostamente o cliente e o seu atendimento deveria ser priorizado!! Ao invés disso olham para nós e continuam a andar de um lado para o outro ignorando completamente que estamos lá!! Pior que as finanças!!
Bad service, long waiting time, there are 4 people at counters, only one person to attend, I arrived at the bank there was only one person in front of me and even then they left me waiting for more than 1h! Inadmissible! Supposedly the customer and their service should be prioritized!! Instead they look at us and continue to walk around completely ignoring that we are there!! Worse than finances!!
