Very bad customer service, account manager without any responsibility (Mr Nuno), they don't warn their customers, they don't answer their customers on the phone... Zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má vontade e antipatia da colaboradora. Aproveitei as férias para vir tratar de uns assuntos, e não se disponibilizaram para ajudar em nada! Super resistentes. E a colaboradora ia entre a nossa conversa falar com o gerente (que nunca deu a cara!) A tentar apresentar alternativas, o que demonstra uma falta de profissionalismo incrivel. A única coisa que fez foi actualizar os dados (e ainda disse que fez muito!) Tenho mesmo pena pois sei sei o quão difícil é fazer atendimento ao público, mas não posso deixar passar a falta de disponibilidade para facilitar e ajudar, por parte dos colaboradores desta agência.
The employee's ill will and dislike. I took advantage of the holidays to come and deal with some matters, and they were not available to help at all! Super resistant. And the employee went between our conversation to talk to the manager (who never showed up!) Trying to present alternatives, which shows an incredible lack of professionalism. The only thing he did was to update the data (and he also said he did a lot!) I really feel sorry because I know how difficult it is to attend to the public, but I cannot pass up the lack of availability to facilitate and help, on the part of employees of this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, they never answer the phone, have had to call several times before anyone answers the phone. One one occasion when I did get through they said there where busy and put the phone down.
