Colocam o dinheiro na conta errada, deixam o cliente semanas à espera e descartam-se da responsabilidade dizendo que nao é com eles e sim com os servicos centrais. Quando se pede o livro de reclamacoes, nao o facultam ao cliente e colocam entraves.
 BE VERY CAREFUL with deposits made at this counter. They put the money in the wrong account, leave the customer waiting weeks and discard the responsibility saying that it's not up to them, it's up to the central services. When asking for the complaints book, they do not provide it to the customer and put up barriers.
