Poor quality things that do not last long and staff are very stubborn and rude, especially an old and small guy. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! we actually were buying a couple of pieces and when we ask for refund or exchange policy they refuse to even exchange the items. Honestly one of the worst experiences in any home decor store, especially the arrogance of the French gentleman (probably the owner). It wasn’t the first time… so anyone who would like to buy any Bali decor please don’t go here… honestly very bad service and super arrogant.
Well, your answer says it all!!! You are really arrogant and not customer oriented at all! I was there with my partner a few times and always been very badly treated!
Anyhow, you did answer what you really are, instead of turning around the message in your favour! You didn’t just lost a customer for life but also other opportunities for future!
I wish you all the best for your business but still believe you have sooo much to learn on customer level! And by the way… I am not a company … I was a private client who’s refurbishing my home in Algarve!
