Efectuaram um pagamento de outro cliente bpi na nossa conta e apesar do banco ter reconhecido engano até ao momento(decorridos 3 meses )não efectuam a devolução.

They have made a payment from another bpi customer to our account and although the bank has acknowledged mistake so far (after 3 months) they are not returning.
