Hoje dia 06.01.2021 apos receber outro cartão Visa , tentei ativar o cartão e foi-me dito que também o segundo cartão tinha sido anulado. Há mais de um mês que estou a aguara o envio de um cartão . São uma cambada de incompetentes .
 Unfortunately, BPI's bank office in Póvoa de Santa Iria works in an incompetent way, they canceled my visa card, and sent another one without a pin.
Today 06.01.2021 after receiving another Visa card, I tried to activate the card and was told that the second card had also been canceled. I've been waiting for more than a month to send a card. They are a bunch of incompetents.
