Reduzem na equipa para colocarem máquinas a realizarem os serviços básicos bancários... E depois têm todas as máquinas automáticas avariadas !!?
40 minutos para realizar um depósito em notas.
Um autêntico atraso de vida !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje atentimento foi muito mal. Com falta de vontade e disponibidade. Já não é primeira vez que não concegui resolução dos meus problemas ligados ao conta e aos cartões. Só consigo as soluções dos mesmos problemas na filial de Praça de Geraldo. Até parece outro banco... Parece que as regras não são iguais para ambos sitios ou sempre o profissionalismo do gerente e dos empregados a falar...

I can only find solutions to the same problems at the Praça de Geraldo branch. It looks like another bank ...
