Indiferentes ao cliente, tempo de espera extremamente elevado, com agravante de nem sequer estarem atender outros clientes.
Conversas entre colegas pouco profissionais, conversas ao telefone a resolver assuntos pessoais, isto tudo com clientes à espera de serem atendidos. Parece que estamos a lidar com alguma repartição do Estado.
The bad score is not related to the bank, but to the employees who are at the Fig Foz counter.
Indifferent to the customer, extremely high waiting time, with the aggravation of not even being able to serve other customers.
Conversations between unprofessional colleagues, phone conversations resolving personal issues, all this with clients waiting to be seen. Looks like we're dealing with some state department.
