Filas muito grandes, o tempo de espera por vezes chega a ser superior a 40min. Funcionários sérios e sem simpatia.
Very long lines, the waiting time sometimes exceeds 40min. Serious and unfriendly staff.

Hoje pretendi abrir uma conta no bancoctt Setúbal, esperei 1 h e 20 minutos. Qdo chegou a minha vez a funcionária de mau humor disse já passou a minha hora não a posso atender. Respondi bem alto então qdo poder vá a minha casa e abrimos a conta. Falei alto para a gerente ouvir reagiu ( incompetente) fazendo marketing para cima de mim quando tudo o que eu esperava era um pedido de desculpas. São só 2 funcionárias velhas cheias de vicios do antigamente, uma delas enquanto eu esperava chamou e atendeu uma suposta amiga ( não tinha senha - acabada de chegar ). Chamei a gerente para esse facto e foi quando ela fez marketing para cima de mim, que o banco era barato, que estava aberto até às 18 h. Eu fiz o trabalho de casa andei no google MAS NÃO SEI SE VOU LÁ VOLTAR....
Today I intended to open an account at bancoctt Setúbal, I waited 1 h and 20 minutes. When my turn came, the employee in a bad mood said my time has passed and I can't answer it. I answered very loudly so when I can go to my house and we open the account. I spoke loudly to the manager to hear reacted (incompetent) marketing to me when all I expected was an apology. There are only 2 old employees full of addictions from the old days, one of them while I was waiting called and answered a supposed friend (had no password - just arrived). I called the manager to that fact and it was when she did marketing to me, that the bank was cheap, that it was open until 6 pm. I did my homework I went on google BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GO BACK ....

Os *** fecharam no dia 26 de Dezembro e nem se dignaram a avisar no site. Só na loja. Espero que vão todos para a rua que era o que mereciam.
The *** closed on December 26th and did not even deign to warn on the website. Only in the store. I hope they all go to the street, which was what they deserved.

Mais de uma hora à espera, só uma pessoa a atender com o mesmo cliente. Ia abrir conta mas já desisti.

O atendimento é muito beligerante nesta sucursal. De que vale ter a Carolina Deslandes como cara nacional da campanha do banco, se as funcionárias têm conversas e comportamentos dignos dos "Malucos do Riso"?
The service is very belligerent in this branch. What is the point of having Carolina Deslandes as the national face of the bank's campaign, if the employees have conversations and behaviors worthy of the "Laugh Freaks"?

Atendimento do pior que há, impossivel resolver seja o que for. arrependo-me todos os dias de ter aberto conta neste banco

Balcão de Setúbal: péssimo serviço, falta de profissionalismo dos funcionários e desrespeito para com os clientes. Pretendia adicionar um 2º titular à minha conta, estive 3 horas à espera de ser atendida, inacreditável... Estavam dois funcionários a atender, entretanto um ausentou-se para o almoço, ficou uma funcionária que quando abordada pelo atraso no atendimento, respondeu "enfadada" que tinha que continuar a aguardar a minha vez de ser atendida. Pedi o Livro de reclamações, novamente a antipatia e enfado da senhora se fez notar ao responder que só teria acesso ao Livro quando chegasse a minha vez de ser atendida. Não houve por parte desta funcionária uma justificação aos clientes que aguardavam na fila da razão para tão grande demora no atendimento.
Setúbal Branch: poor service, lack of professionalism by employees and disrespect towards customers. I wanted to add a second holder to my account, I was waiting for 3 hours to be answered, unbelievable ... There were two employees to attend, however one was absent for lunch, an employee was left who when approached for the delay in answering, answered " bored "that I had to continue to wait for my turn to be answered. I asked for the complaints book, again the dislike and boredom of the lady was noticed when she replied that she would only have access to the book when it was my turn to be answered. There was no justification from this employee for customers who were waiting in line for the reason for such a long delay in service.
