★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito difícil de contactar. Balcões fechados sem informação no respectivo site (encontrei dois) e muita dificuldade de contacto telefónico.
Além disso está tecnologicamente atrasado visto não ter sistema que permita a utilização da assinatura digital.
Very difficult to contact. Closed counters without information on the respective website (I found two) and a lot of difficulty in telephone contact.
Furthermore, it is technologically delayed as it does not have a system that allows the use of the digital signature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this bank at all. During a difficult situation in my life, a mixed Russian/Ukrainian family in wartime, they refused opening an account for me with no explanation.
The real reason is the colour of my passport. They just didn't want to take risks with Russian citizens regardless of our dire need to settle in Portugal, legally. I am not an oligarch, not a Putin supporter, just a self-employed IT guy trying to settle my family away from the war and oppression and pay my taxes here.
