Depende um pouco da pessoa que fizer o atendimento mas no geral são pessoas atenciosas e educadas.

Ja era mau pela falta de estacionamento. Agora inventarem um sistema novo de recepção em que formamos uma fila única (quem vai para a caixa, quem tem reunião, etc...) esperamos que introduzam os dados de toda a gente no sistema informático, e daí depois de ja ter esperado, fui encaminhado e esperei novamente numa outra fila para a caixa.... So tinha uma pessoa a minha frente, ou seja todo o tempo que perdi na primeira fila a caixa esteve livre . Escusado sera dizer que esperei muito mais tempo que o necessário! Se calhar uma fila para o atendimento e outra exclusivamente para a caixa era algo difícil para o novo banco, então como só eles gostam decidiram inventar e complicar. Espero em breve poder ver me livre desta conta e ficar apenas com a do CTT, para além de nunca me terem cobrado 1cent sao mais eficientes no atendimento
It was bad for the lack of parking. Now, to invent a new reception system in which we form a single line (who goes to the checkout, who has a meeting, etc...) we hope that they enter everyone's data into the computer system, and then after waiting, I was forwarded and I waited again in another line for the cashier.... There was only one person in front of me, that is, all the time I lost in the front row, the cashier was free. Needless to say, I waited a lot longer than necessary! Maybe a queue for the service and another exclusively for the teller was something difficult for the new bank, so as only they like it, they decided to invent and complicate matters. I hope to be able to get rid of this account soon and just keep the CTT account, in addition to never having charged 1 cent, they are more efficient in customer service
