★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma grande falta do respeito, o motorista por imprudência danificou a viatura, deixou todo mundo fora do autocarro expostos e foi embora sem antes chegar o outro autocarro, 2 horas depois não veio qualquer autocarro de apoio, apenas os outros do mesmo que passaram direto. Chamei um Uber no final e levei duas senhoras comigo, uma delas que estava aleijada.
 A great lack of respect, the driver for imprudence damaged the vehicle, left everyone outside the bus exposed and left without arriving the other bus, 2 hours later no support bus came, only the others that passed directly. I called an Uber at the end and took two ladies with me, one of whom was crippled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou completamente indignada, uma autentica falta de respeito.
Hoje fui por três vezes à sede da barraqueiro para fazer o passe, primeiro a foto era demasiado pequena, assim que apresentei a foto do tamanho pedido, disse que o fundo tinha que ser branco.
Na segunda vez, a mesma foto das duas primeiras disse que tinha que ser actualizada. Fui tirar uma foto num fundo branco, fui à papelaria imprimir em papel fotográfico, volto pela terceira vez e o senhor Tiago, diz que não porque o papel de fotografia não tem qualidade.
Senhor este que não tem perfil para estar atrás de um balcão ao atendimento, arrogante, simpatia zero e nem boa tarde, pura implicância.
Dirigi me ao segurança, para pedir para falar com o responsável, na qual não me deixaram.
Uma vergonha.
I am completely outraged, a genuine lack of respect.
Today I went to the store's headquarters three times to make the pass, first the photo was too small, as soon as I presented the photo of the requested size, I said that the background had to be white.
The second time, the same photo as the first two said it had to be updated. I went to take a picture on a white background, I went to the stationery store to print it on photographic paper, I come back for the third time and Mr. Tiago says no because the photographic paper is of poor quality.
This gentleman who doesn't have the profile to be behind a counter at the service, arrogant, zero sympathy and not even good afternoon, pure teasing.
I went to security, to ask to speak with the person in charge, in which they did not let me.
A shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm am the owner of a Travel Agency and the bad service of the agency FROTA AZUL is so amazing, that I have to share my bad experience! We had 3 groups in Portugal, where this bad bus company made the transfer and travel services. For Lisboa the bus company did NOT tell us, that there will be neccessary an entry permission to arrive to the booked hotel. So my group was left in middle of the big citiy and nobody knew where to go. The second group had a driver, who did hard work to arrive to the hotel in Porto. Why, the clients could NOT understand. And the day after the busdriver arrived late for 1 hour, so the group lost the ship and could not make the program as planed 3 months before arrival. Amazing. We work with many bus companies and we even are the owners of our bus company, so I know who bus companies have to work. And this is why I definitely can say, that FROTA AZUL is the worst bus company I ever worked.
