★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente o horário da loja que aqui têm não está correto. Desloquei me propositadamente às Caldas da Rainha para visitar a loja e quando chego está fechada. Segundo a porta da loja o horário de sábado é das 10h às 13h quando aqui na informação da loja esta definido como, ininterrupto, das 10h às 18h.
Unfortunately, the store hours they have here are not correct. I went on purpose to Caldas da Rainha to visit the store and when I arrive it is closed. According to the store's door, Saturday hours are from 10 am to 1 pm when here in the store's information it is defined as, uninterrupted, from 10 am to 6 pm.

Voltei à loja, passado poucos minutos da compra e o vendedor recusou-se a efetuar a troca, pois eu já havia usado o produto. Como eu poderia saber que o produto não correspondia ao anunciado sem antes usá-lo? BC é uma loja que não está interessada no bem estar do cliente e só visa ao lucro.
I bought a product, but it did not work as indicated by the seller. I returned to the store, a few minutes after the purchase, and the seller refused to make the exchange, as I had already used the product. How could I know that the product didn't match what was advertised without using it first? BC is a store that is not interested in the customer's well-being and only seeks profit.
