Situation géographique un peu éloignée du centre obligeant à prendre le métro (au pied de l'immeuble) pour se rendre dans un quartier plus animé. Well-maintained student residence with friendly, smiling staff. Unfortunately for us the pool was under maintenance. 자	자려고 깨있는 사람 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평점이 너무 높아 어이 없어서 글씀. 직원 대응 제로의 호스텔. 리셉션 없음. 리셉션 없음에 대해 사전에 알리지도 않음. 미리 도착시간 메일로 알려야 함. 오후 2~8시까지만 체크인 가능. 오후 4시에 도착한다 메일 보냈으나 오후 5시/6시에 체크인 가능하다 답멜. /표시에 이상하다 생각했는데 직원 6시 넘어 와서 거의 두시간 기다림. 그것도 같이 도착한 외국인 팀이 세번 전화해서 간신히 옴. 알고 보니 투숙객 대부분이 도착날 이런 문제로 화냈다고 함. 직원 영어 거의 못해서 화내도 소용 없음. 같은 시간 도착한 외국인 팀은 예약도 잘못 받아서 팔척장신 둘이 좁은 더블침대서 자야했음. 처음에는 인종차별 혹은 성차별인가했는데 동시 체크인한 서양인 남자팀이 더 골탕 먹고 있는 거 보니 그건 아닌 듯. 아파트 입구와 수영장 층 비번도 물어본 우리한테만 알려줌. 체크인 때 안 물어 본 투숙객들은 어찌 다니나 모르겠음. 도시세 6유로인가 따로 받음. 체크인 이후로 3일 내내 다시는 어떤 직원도 보지 못함. 체크아웃때도 열쇠 어찌해야 하는지 몇번 메일 보내도 씹어서 책상에 놓고 나옴. 방 좁고 여자화장실 하나는 안 잠김. 거실과 주방은 매우 넓음. 침대도 괜찮은 편. 밤에 음악 틀어놓고 샤워하는 사람 많음. 아파트 구조이나 모든 투숙객들이 시끄러워서 늦게 들어와서 씻거나 주방 쓰거나 세탁기 돌리는 데 눈치 안보임. The foreign team who arrived with it called three times and finally came. It turned out that most of the guests were angry with this problem on the day of arrival. The staff speaks little English, so getting angry is useless. The foreign team, who arrived at the same time, had to sleep in a narrow double bed because of the wrong reservation. At first, it was racism or sexism, but it doesn't seem like that because the Western men's team who checked in at the same time is getting more trouble. It only informs us who asked for the secret number of the apartment entrance and swimming pool floor. I don't know how the guests who didn't ask at check-in go. A city tax of 6 euros is charged separately. No staff ever seen again for 3 days after check-in. When I check out, I chew it on my desk and leave it on my desk, no matter how many times I e-mail the key. The room is small and one female toilet is locked. Living room and kitchen are very spacious. The bed is also good. Many people take a shower with music on at night. The apartment structure or all the guests are noisy, so they come in late to wash, use the kitchen, or run the washing machine.

Tuvimos que esperar un poco para respetar la hora de check-in, pero la estancia fue estupenda. Solo tengo palabras amables para Fernando, que fue quien nos recibió. Todo estaba súper limpio y nuevo. Nos dieron la habitación principal, que tenía: cama de matrimonio, baño privado y un balcón grande y bonito. Además, la ubicación era muy cómoda ya que el metro estaba a dos pasos de allí. El LIDL que había justo abajo del edificio también contribuía a que no perdiéramos tiempo en ir a comprar comida antes de visitar la ciudad. Fuimos siendo estudiantes pero estoy segura de que algún día volveremos a Lisboa y nos hospedaremos allí. Two and a half years ago my partner and I went to Lisbon and stayed at this residence. We had to wait a bit to respect the check-in time, but the stay was great. I only have kind words for Fernando, who was the one who received us. Everything was super clean and new. We had the main room, which had: queen bed, private bathroom and a nice big balcony. In addition, the location was very convenient since the metro was two steps from there. The LIDL just below the building also helped us not waste time shopping for food before visiting the city. We were students but I am sure that one day we will return to Lisbon and stay there.

D	David Maconochie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Laranjeiras and very new. Mansur was very helpful as I made a mistake on dates and he managed to fit me in at no extra cost. Located near metro above a Lidl there is a kitchen and a pool on the roof all for very reasonable prices. Recommended.
