We ordered a big variety of food to try everything out because of how good the reviews were. Nothing disappointed.
The octopus cakes were good, sirloin steak was good, and the octopus salad, chorizo and shrimps are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and down to earth environment (not a tourist trap) serving authentic Portuguese food. Be sure to stop here when you are in Sintra. Especially loved the octopus pataniscas, mussels, and aperol spritz. Thanks for an amazing dinner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg!!!!!!! The food was so good!!! We started off with a bottle wine and the octopus cakes. They were crispy but not too greasy and lots of octopus with an amazing sauce to put on top. The waiter was super friendly and very knowledgeable and really cared about helping us have a great dining experience. Then we got the secret recipe homemade sauce on top of filet mignon with crispy bacon and homemade sweet potato chips. The filet was amazing. And we also ordered a stellar plate of perfectly cooked veggies. Overall highly recommend to anyone who wants a great meal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 4 weeks in Portugal, and we had one of our best meals at Becco de Sintra. The staff could not have been more helpful as well. We started with bread, roasted peppers, flaming cheese, and a blood sausage skewer, all of which were lovely. We then had a main course of codfish, which was not salty at all and was accompanied by a wonderful sweet potato sauce. We ended our meal with aperitifs. They also had a great wine selection.
