Não só é chato ter de me deslocar ao balcão para obter uma informação, ainda para mais nos tempos que correm, como dá a sensação que não existe uma tabela de preços fixa. A uns clientes aplico um valor, a outros clientes posso aplicar outro valor. Foi esta a ideia com que fiquei. É pena porque já fui vosso cliente no passado, e perderam a oportunidade, não só de o recuperar, como ganhar o restante agregado familiar. I just called for information about values. I was informed that this type of information is only given over the counter!!! Not only is it annoying to have to go to the counter to get information, even more so these days, but it gives the feeling that there is no fixed price list. To some customers I apply a value, to other customers I can apply another value. This was the idea I got. It's a pity because I was your customer in the past, and they lost the opportunity, not only to recover it, but also to gain the rest of the household.

É um ginásio pequeno e familiar, mas infelizmente o preço é uma exorbitância para o que oferecem. Só tem um plano de adesão para adultos e um plano de adesão para crianças. O plano dos adultos tem uma série de limitações (usos, horários, etc) e cheio de extras (descontos aplicados não fazem diferença). Os sócios tem tempo limitado para treinar diariamente. Resumindo, por mais atenciosos que sejam no trato, não cuidam do cliente. Preço/qualidade não justifica. Careful and clean facilities with swimming pool, but limited space. It's a small, family-friendly gym, but unfortunately the price is exorbitant for what they offer. There is only one membership plan for adults and one membership plan for children. The adult plan has a series of limitations (uses, schedules, etc) and full of extras (discounts applied make no difference). Members have limited time to train daily. In short, no matter how attentive they are in their dealings, they don't take care of the customer. Price/quality does not justify.
