Porque é o melhor stand que conheci até hoje, porque tem profissionais competentes, porque vivem e ajudam os nossos caprichos, no Meu caso um sonho. Resta me o Grandioso obrigado. E já sabem, quando passarem por Fátima, não se esqueçam de passar no restaurante o Alentejano (o cafezinho é por conta da casa) um grande bem haja. Vivo na Figueira da Foz fui até a loja Benimoto de propósito para comprar peças para minha moto lá chegando, depois de esperar do lado de fora por 15 minutos alguém apareceu e disse que apesar de estarem 3 funcionários dentro da loja eu não poderia ser atendido pois eles estavam de férias. Mas férias com funcionários dentro da loja? Mesmo dizendo ao funcionário que fui de propósito para comprar ele me disse que não podia fazer nada, apenas disse pra que se eu quisesse algo era pra mandar um e-mail solicitando um orçamento mas nem o endereço de e-mail ele me passou, virou as costas e foi embora. Então se você me perguntar sobre essa loja eu lhe digo não perca seu tempo pois eles não tem nenhum tipo de compromisso com os clientes, que aliás na visão desse pobre coitado proprietário clinte pra ele não tem valor. Triste e desprezível. It was an experience I don't wish for anyone. I live in Figueira da Foz I went to the Benimoto store on purpose to buy parts for my motorcycle when I got there, after waiting outside for 15 minutes someone came and said that despite there being 3 employees inside the store I could not be served because they were on vacation. But vacations with employees in the store? Even telling the employee that I went on purpose to buy, he told me he couldn't do anything, he just said that if I wanted something I would send an email requesting a quote but not even the email address he gave me, it turned his back and walked away. So if you ask me about this store, I tell you don't waste your time because they don't have any kind of commitment to customers, which in fact, in the view of this poor poor owner, is worthless to him. Sad and despicable.

Fiz 100 km de propósito para ir ver uma moto ao fim do dia, e como estava perto da hora de fecho da loja fui literalmente "despachado" para a rua. Irei à concorrência com toda a certeza! Não recomendo. Terrible attendance. I did 100 km on purpose to go see a motorbike at the end of the day, and as it was close to the store closing time I was literally "dispatched" to the street. I will definitely go to competition! I do not recommend.
